Return & Shipping Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are not eligible for return.

Once you receive your return label, you must drop off your return within 7 days to remain eligible for a return.
At this time, we are not able to process international returns. If you are an international customer and need assistance with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
We reserve the right to run sales and discounts on our items at any time. Please understand that we will not provide a refund to account for pricing changes.
No return is available on final sale items including the SALE collection and Mystery Boxes.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within our 14-day return period. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the exchange process. We will send you a return label and your exchange must be sent to: 55 Meadow St, Suite 308 Brooklyn New York US 11206
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

The Elephant Pants will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item if your return falls within our return policy and guidelines. Once the return is requested and approved, a return label will be emailed out within 2 days.
All exchanges will be shipped no later then 14 days after receipt at The Elephant Pants facility. Depending on where you live the arrival time may vary.
General Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in The Elephant Pants facility each business day of the week. Orders are processed within 48 hours from the time they are placed. Orders take one to two business days to be entered into the carrier's system and for tracking information to populate in your automatically sent shipment notification email.
